Teambuilder Rosters and Depth Chart issues for Dynasty Mode

I'm having the issue of my team builder ratings change from play now to dynasty. The team overalls change and player overalls change drastically from the two modes. EA has NOT answered or even acknowledged this issue since the launch. I was wondering the following...

1. Has anyone else had this issue?

2. Has anyone found a work around to not have this happen?

3. Has anyone created a digital file for the depth charts of the names on the preset rosters in team builder? This way we could put the numbers and years on the correct guys on the website and it will adjust accordingly. 

I am an adamant dynasty player and I cannot/will not start my team builder dynasty because of this issue. Every player has their ratings decrease from play now to dynasty The worst case is an 85 overall TE in team builder being ranked as a 59 overall in dynasty. It completely ruins the emersion and want to even play the game. If the ratings changed a little bit that's fine, but to see a star player drop 26 overall points is unbelievable and unacceptable. I have tried recreating the team a couple of times and still have this issue. It doesn't matter which preset roster is chosen, they are all drastically nerfed from play now to dynasty. What's the point of having a team builder team to just play play now and not dynasty?
