Is there anyway possible to update a custom team in a dynasty without restarting the dynasty and losing all progress?

When team builder first launched it would update your dynasty when you would make changes.... one of the updates changed that and now you have to start a new one.
That’s unfortunate because it would be so much better if you could update your uniforms and field without restarting your dynasty.
