Turf Color issues on wensite

So when game first came out I created a school on cousins pc an it worked great uploaded to the game no problem til I notice something with one of uniforms since my cousin lives almost hr away from me I went an used my brother's laptop to fix the error I did an when I saved an uploaded it the logo disappeared along with any kind of preview to the team other than it showed uniforms on the game but field is all black when you go into game. So I see the update for teambuilder went out just now an i went to website on brothers laptop deleted the team an started from scratch again everything working showing the logos on the website after selecting them went to stadium stuff that was working so got everything done saved it an then uploaded the team no issue checked the game an no logo an field is black again so log back into the teambuilder website an go to edit the team an logo not there nothing is showing no logos my uniforms or stadium surface can't do anything i really don't wanna delete an spend another 3 hrs to create a team an not have it upload to game right ea let's fix this asap
