I am running into an issue where my account on Teambuilder cannot be found by searching my username (SJSmith48). It's making it hard for me and others to find my work on there, and I'm hoping its only a bug of some sort. Any tips or advice?
I've found that the issue is that it doesn't go off by your EA account name. Rather your consoles account username of course It maybe a bigger issue but that is what worked for me.
