Hey, everyone.
Based off what you're all describing, it sounds like it's possible you're all creating teams on a 2nd EA account you have on the website, while your Xbox Gamertag or PlayStation ID you play on is on a different EA account, which could explain why you're not seeing your teams being created.
Can someone confirm for us if this works?- Visit Help.EA.com and logout of your account
- Sign back in using the Xbox or PlayStation icons depending on which platform you're playing on. If it automatically signs you back in, sign back out until you get the prompt with the picture below
- Once you're signed in visit Profile.ea.com. Go to the Connection tab at the bottom. You should see the Xbox Gamertag or PlayStation ID you play on
- Visit the Team Builder site and you should be good to go
Let us know if this helps. I've been at EA for quite some time now helping EA Sports fans and this was a common reason with Game Face for UFC and Team Builder for the previous game.

I've noticed that this issue is specific to playstation. When I search for teams that my friend created on my PS5, nothing shows up in the search, but when someone searches on XBox all of the teams show up in the download center.
