Unable to upload logo - Warning "Personal or Inappropriate content..."

I cannot upload my logo that I use for streaming that I own. The logo is attached. I get the error attached. There is nothing offensive or even copyrighted with it, Please help, EA

Hmm for me it's just the endless loop show it's uploading. Dimensions and size are right. But if anyone did get it to work, please upload your logo png file so I can try to see if it'll work on my end too.
