Unable to upload logo - Warning "Personal or Inappropriate content..."

I cannot upload my logo that I use for streaming that I own. The logo is attached. I get the error attached. There is nothing offensive or even copyrighted with it, Please help, EA

I'm getting failures on submission whenever a STATE FLAG is attached to the helmet... on 3 different states (delaware, NY and NJ)

I take the flag off, team submits, no issue...
