This was a classic EA bait and switch. They knew people would riot if there was zero customization in the game, which they ultimately want so they can force you to buy roster updates every year. So they threw in a half assed team builder that doesn't even work for the limited ways that it is supposed to work. Pulling a team builder team into dynasty is pointless because they just flip all your player archetypes and * all their traits and ratings.

I'm totally with you. Customization is the only reason I play these games. I couldn't care less about the actual NCAA rosters
Don't forget that all Teambuilder teams are placed in Alabama! Nothing like a Big East dynasty where I input Villanova but have them getting F grades for Proximity to Home because Villanova is in the deep south apparently!
