I almost forgot,
Allow players to have a ring of fame for retired players who late an important legacy with a college team. That's definitely not copyrighted since all pro leagues allow this to happen.
Allow created teams to have a list of generic intros onto the field similar to VT, Clemson, and the others that do not fringe on copyrighting.
You can do a VT inspired entrance without enter the Sandman, but something an EA music production teams can create.
You can do the Hurricane entrance without the signature parts. A generic tunnel can be used.
Allow players to have black out, white outs, green, etc. for selected home games.
Have a decent list of generic stadiums ranging from very small to near pro size.
AND EVERY TEAMBUILDER TEAM GETS PLACED IN ALABAMA!!! Doesn't matter what state you pick...be ready to play in ___________, Alabama.
Imagine that...Honolulu, Alabama.
