tablets just don't have the graphics capabilities on-board that EA needs give you the same experience from PC Op system -> iOS -> the million different versions of android... too much of this process is cloud based already, tablets having to eat some of that computing power would bog this process down even further, i'm thinkin
Browser: Safari
Device: iPad Pro 11 2nd Gen (no laptop or desktop)
Error Messages: No
Problems/Issues: Im able to use the team builder. I got as far as creating a brand and saving my progress. The only thing that doesn’t work is the logo section. Im unable to upload custom logos. I click on the upload and nothing happens.
That can’t be right. Flash is no longer in use by anyone. It was discontinued in January 2021.
That said, I’m at a loss as to why team builder doesn’t work on tablets, which are becoming far more popular than laptops in certain circles.
Unfortunately I give up. I’ve tried different browsers, different computers and laptops. Even purchased a VPN and nothing. I’ll check back here once something is really done by EA.

I’ve tried google chrome, Firefox, & edge browser and none of them work
Unfortunately buddy this is not true.. i have the newest iPhone and everything is updated and I've used desktop version... no dice... it's safe to say unless your computer is suped up or new or updated team builder is not going to work... the only single way i got it to work was to go to a library which had new computers newest everything so it worked like clock work... it's clear EA only developed team builder thru the scope that they must've thought everyone has a good computer... although i love this mode it needs A LOT of work and i mean A LOT
- @CSG_MMA_18 "I'm on an supported and updated Laptop with business Quality internet, Terrabyte per second. Once I hit Create I'm stuck on and loading screen and I've been trying since last night 5+ hours."
THIS. And for me it also slows down my entire computer while in this state. It has to be done on a laptop/computer. tried doing it on my phone too before knowing this
- @EA_Kent On my computer at home (Dell - bought in 2019, Windows 10) when I go to the website and click on "Create," I get a perpetual loading screen that doesn't end until it crashes my browser (usually comes with a "This page is not responding" warning, and in some cases the browser window will flicker). This also slows down my ENTIRE computer and makes it unusable. This is true for all three browsers that I use: Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. With Firefox I'm more likely to get the ajax 400 error without it crashing or flickering, but it still doesn't work. I can't use Teambuilder AT ALL when I'm at home. Period.
I've had to use my work computer (I think it's still windows 10 but could be 11, I'm not sure, and this is Chrome again because that's all we can use here). It worked there - keep in mind this is the first time I've been able to use Teambuilder AT ALL since getting the game... And I can only do so AT WORK. Since I had to wait until today to make edits, I was looking forward to it, but now when I click "save," it just says "Generating Team Logos"... perpetually, and doesn't save. The same happens when I try to submit. For this specific problem I've only experienced it on Chrome, because I have to use Teambuilder at work.
Please... please... please do something. I've waited years. Stuck on “generating team logos” when saving. Both Firefox and Safari on macOS
