But what browser can I use for teambuilder? I’ve tried to access it on my iphone/IPad on multiple browsers, but all are unsupported! Can I only do this on a laptop/computer or something? Any info would be helpful! Thanks!
Same problems as everyone else. Tried multiple browsers and I'm on a newer laptop and all come up with the unsupported error when I try to go to uniforms. Also, no uploaded logos show up.
I was able to use the college team builder last week but the Madden teambuilder (which I really want) doesn't work at all. VERY FRUSTRATING.
On a related note, EA, please give the Madden teambuilder at least 10 uploaded asset slots like the CFB builder. 5 is not enough, especially if we're getting creative with multiple alternate uniforms. I don't understand why this would be different on the two team builders.
I can edit and make my teams just fine but when I go to the field surface to try and change the colors it stays on black no matter what I do. I can click the other options with a green field and hit save but when I go look at the preview or download the team the field stays black. I put in so much work creating the correct logo for the field to have a all black field. Anyone have any ideas to help?
You can use it from any browser, phone or tablet. Just go into your browser setting and choose desktop view.

team builder still isn't working, when I get to the stadiums, when try to put a logo in the field it never shows the work so i can't continue
Wont load logos on edge. So basically i cant do anything with it.

IT WORKED. I WAS ABLE TO CREATE A TEAM-BUILDER TEAM AND DOWNLOADED IT ON THE CONSOLE.
(after weeks of frustration)
I deleted my initial team and started from scratch using Microsoft Edge Browser
I am praying my fellow players will soon be here too !!!

I’ve tried all browsers available lots of times, my conclusion is that it’s not what browser you are using, it’s just problems with the way the site / feature is developed. I can get all the same errors in every browser.
Obvious exception being that mobile browsers are not supported unless set to desktop mode I think.
But yeah, team builder is the problem not your choice of browser.
Same! I was really counting on Teambuilder to make up for all of that and I haven’t been able to do ANYTHING! All it does is freeze!
