White Block appearing in place of logos

I have a teambuilder design that is almost perfect but for some reason there is a bug where all-white (or specifically #FFFFFF hex code) logos appear as a giant white box instead of the intended design that was uploaded. It looks correct on the website but only is showing this way in-game. Someone on reddit suggested turning the logos slightly gray to avoid this however I'm still running into this issue with a hex code of #FCFCFC. Any ideas on a fix for this? Ive tried re-submitting the design but the error does not fix. Attached images show the error.
