Why can't I create a stadium for my team in Team Builder

It kinda makes no sense to have the option to make a custom college and field without having the option to make a custom stadium that BELONGS to the college that you created. If Hawai'i can have a custom stadium in CFB 25 then so can Team Builder colleges, too.
