Will teambuilder offline dynasty's be avabile after the servers for Cfb 25 down?

Unfortunately, the greed of EA is ruling the day, so it doesn't look like they're open to offline dynasty Teambuilder.  I'd love for EA_Kent to give a response from the developers instead of just saying that he's told them our concerns...
