10 men on the field/Defensive linemen put in at WR ANYONE HAVING THIS BUG

IMAGES INCLUDED!!  I'm getting this bug in dynasty were I'm missing a WR, only having 10 men on the field. THIS BUG HAS GOTTEN WORSE OVER TIME! At first it would just randomly happen once or twice a game then to three and four and that's when it started throwing in my defensive Linemen on the team at WR, sometimes even throwing in 2 Linemen in at WR on the same play. Today when it happens it gives me a GAME ERROR, inevitably kicking me out of the game. I'm in an online dynasty with family members but I can't advance the week because it's not allowing me to play. IS ANYONE ELSE GETTING THIS EXPERIENCE?? I don't know if it's happening on any other modes or if it is just a dynasty thing or what..
