A letter to EA Sports.

Here we are nearing the end of the College Football regular season and in the second year of your "amazing" comeback.  I have not seen any improvements in single player dynasty league play at all.  If anything, you have introduced more bugs.  I hope Ultimate Team is getting all the attention it needs for the suckers that pay to play that way.  

I continually have offensive lineman pass blocking on run plays and run blocking on pass plays.  Then there is the almost complete lack of pass blocking.  Then you have the rubber banding scripts that you say don't exist that are very prevalent.  Then you can't get the scores to match from one screen to the next.  Also, there is the Heisman Trophy screen that shows how the top five finished but says the second name on the list is the winner.  Coaching Carousel is completely broken and recruiting is pretty much terrible.  What are unknown penalties that are applied in cycles?

Over the years of making these games and the Madden series, you have continually taken features away from dynasty or franchise mode and put all your effort into the continued cash flow from the Ultimate Team players.  This has alienated those of us that have been playing these games since the early 90s.  Yes, we are still around and still game.  I just don't see myself ever buying anything from EA again.

If you want to know how to make an enjoyable franchise/dynasty mode, pick up a copy of NBA 2k and take it for a spin.  Also, get rid of the stupid animation based catches and tackling.  It is cheesy and makes the game unplayable at times.
