Accelerated Clock Turning on

It looks like people were having a dynasty issue where the accelerated clock didn’t work. There’s now a problem where it turns ON when it is set to off. After the first or second play for the user team on offense it will turn on and start bleeding clock and can’t be turned off during a game.
