I'm playing on an S and have the exact same issue. All the hair textures aren't rendering properly. Especially in AI generated players.
I asked my cousin who's on PS5 to show me his arch and he looks just like he does in real life, I'm noticing this is only a Xbox series S problem with the hair because on his it looks just fine and on mine his hair isn't even connected and looks poorly rendered
