Auto subs not working

I have my presets in auto subs set to grind it out for QB, keep fresh HB but when I get into a game it is set to balanced for QB and grind it out for HB everytime. 

my backup QB is subbing in mid drive and have even had a punter come into the game. The in-game wear and tear for a QB is dumb enough. No one (outside of A. Richardson) is subbing themselves out of a drive cause they’re tired at the QB position. But the fact the settings are not saving nor working as intended needs to be fixed .
