Blue chip ltd X 2 boost for other blue chip players only x1 now

We deserve a couple million coins  back on those blue chip cards.  Since yall throttled the boosts today that give other blue chip players x2 boosts.   Everyone look at your boost on the other blue chip players that weren’t ltd you have they were supposed to x2 boost (they were) now its only x1 boost.  This needs fixed
