Bonus content code missing from Walmart ps5 order

I got the code email and instead of the 12 digit code that is required for ps5 I got a code that is like 20 digits. Please help as I love the coaching and rtg bonus points. The email reads like this ...

Hi there. Since you bought the game from Walmart, you'll need to contact their support to get assistance with this. It's possible they sent you a code for the wrong platform.
