Broken Blocking and Broken Play

In multiple instances of my most recent Dynasty mode game, my Offensive Line: did not attempt to block their assignment per the pass blocking shift (as shown in the pre-snap play art) and was repeatedly assigned the incorrect blocking assignment. In clip 1 (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/gzRdycHckx), I made a half slide adjustment to the left, confirmed the blocking assignments pre-snap, and my LT ignored his assignment and picked up the LGs, leading to a sack. In clip 2 (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/xxLmvsx6Bz) I selected Shotgun Spread RPO Alert Bubble, and my Offensive Line had the wrong blocking assignment. The blocking should be identical to Shotgun Spread Inside Zone, which is the play I audibled to. Clip 3 (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/Z3dF6MGurM) is another instance of the issue in clip 2, and then the WRs ran upfield, instead of the bubble routes.
