Bug when upgrading players manually

When upgrading players manually, after upgrading one skill, often the screen will say you don't have enough points to continue upgrading when you clearly do. E.g. I have 20 skill points, I upgrade IQ for 2 points and have 18 left, IQ would cost 3 to upgrade now but instead it tells me there are not enough points. I have to back out and go back into the player after nearly every upgrade.
