Can’t Snap Ball

On occasion, I cannot snap the ball. The X button doesn’t do anything sometimes. I have tried resetting the game and using various different controllers.  The bug persists.  The game is not playable ...

    Thank you again for being patient with us while we've been working on getting this issue fixed.

I am having an issue where I am not always able to snap the ball.  Despite holding, smashing or simply pressing the X button.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    This is brutal. Currently not playable with this bug.

      Yes it is. If you experience the qb freeze where he won't snap the ball simply hold the L1 button down for a second to reset your qb. It's a pain but you will be able to snap with the x button again after that. Hopefully they fix it soon

    I also have been playing the new college 26 on PS5 and it's doing the same thing it will run a couple of plays and then won't let me snap then run another and again not let me snap. I thought it was the game so I purchased another disc and it did the same thing then I formatted my system and reinstalled and still the same thing.  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JELP ME RESOLVE THIS

    If that happens you have to hold L1 down for a second like you're gonna adjust the online and it will snap the ball after
