Can’t find any matches for such a long time in duos

My teammate and I have been experiencing such long wait times to find games in ultimate team duos and on the off chance we do find a team to play we end up playing the same team 3 times in a row. What gives? Why can we not be matched with just a random? If it’s going to take 15+ minutes to find a match it should widen the search we’re just sitting here for forever
