Cfb26 bug

I have come across a bug in the dynasty mode. When I am switching teams and trying to have fun by having as many players transfer as I want, I can’t do that anymore because there is no encourage transfer screen that allows me to tell players to go to the transfer portal, I was wondering if that was a bug or just something you removed for no reason when it adds fun to the game.
