I'm having the same issue😭 Mine started right before the 1st title update. I wonder if it's safe to continue my dynasty (I'll be starting year 2)
Well I can say I played an entire season after the glitch and everything else has worked fine Including changing player equipment. Outside of the visual there doesn’t seem to be any other issues relating to to the glitch.
