College Football 26 Keeps Crashing!

I’ve recently bought College Football 26 and it keeps crashing or just shutting off my console completely. 

Can anyone help me fix this? I’ve tried all the normal troubleshooting options on YouTube and nothing works.

EA are impossible to contact for any support. If anyone from EA sees this please sort out a fix!

    My dynasty started crashing about 6 days ago during EVERY game. I’ve rebuilt the database, uninstalled and reinstalled the game…still happening.

    I’m giving EA a week for a fix, the. I’m requesting a refund…
