CPU crowd noise vs user crowd noise

The cpu still isn’t being affected by crowd noise when the user is at home. Multiple times I’ve played with top 25 crowds, and it never affects the visiting cpu team.  They can run no huddle, with no issues on play calling, and it seems as though audibles always work.
