CPU throw passes instead of run when timeouts exist
Even when my (Slow Sim CPU) team is ahead or if the other CPU is ahead in score, the CPU wont run the ball and drain the clock if the opposing team has any timeouts, if those timeouts are used then the CPU will do the right thing and run the ball and drain the clock but if there are any timeouts left, the CPU will continue to throw the ball even if ahead by 30 points. The logic needs to be fixed here.
