Create/edit playbook issue

I created a playbook earlier when the game came out, and I want to add new plays to it to change my style. When I go to edit my playbook new plays don’t get added and the play count number doesn’t change. I haven’t met the max play count, sets, formations, etc. Is anyone else having these problems? I also tried starting over and creating an entirely new playbook and the same problem occurs. Does anyone know how to fix this ? Does EA know about this?
