Disconnect Forced during Heisman National championship ultimate team

Hi EA,

I'm reaching out because I was disconnected from a National Championship game in Ultimate Team while I was up by 10 and had the ball. This happened in the hardest division, and I had spent a ton of time getting to that point. It was a huge moment for me and it was taken away instantly.

The other player paused the game, and suddenly I was kicked out. I’m on a wired Ethernet connection and nothing else in my house disconnected. All my other devices stayed online. I was able to get right back into Ultimate Team, which shows my connection never dropped on my end. But the match was gone, and I received nothing for my effort.

I really feel like I got robbed. I played hard, I was winning, and I was doing everything right. This wasn’t just some random match — this was a game I grinded to reach, and now I’ve got nothing to show for it. Please look into this and find a way to make it right. Whether that’s credit for the win, rewards, or some kind of compensation, I just want to be treated fairly.
