Dynasty Mode - Oregon St Playbook Dynasty - Trio 4WR Str - Dagger - Game Freeze

In dynasty using Oregon States playbook, FSU team, every so often if I select this play, usually if I select it quite quickly, it seems to crash the game and restart and send a bug report.  The last time it happened, the WR furthest to the right in the formation doesn't seem to be on screen and then when I hike the ball it errors out and restarts the game.  It's happened 3 times so far.  

This is unfortunately making the game somewhat unplayable, and only seemed to ahve started after the most recent update as I've been playing for a few weeks now.

In detail but not sure necessary

Started with Kent state for 2 years then took over FSU this is first year with FSU

In game steps - Call the play quickly after another play and do it a few times in the game it should error out.
