Dynasty mode Red zone efficiency displayed inaccurate percentages.

In dynasty mode, I access the statistics and examine the red zone efficiency. Surprisingly, it’s highly inconsistent with what it should be displaying. I’ve played numerous games, teams, dynasties, and they all exhibit the same issues: incorrect counting and inaccurate percentages. 
When can we get a fix for this?
