EA_Barry is this ea play trial error on your side or the user's side? If it is on our side; do you mind giving us some common causes so we can troubleshoot from our side. If it's on your side, do we have any timetable for a fix?
It is EA, there is an entitlement issue, the game is for some reason being recognized as a trial
