EA PLAY TRIAL 2nd post

I have posted before about this issue in the technical issue forum.  Just wondering when something is going to happen about this EA PLAY TRIAL message that is telling me that "this trial version can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress." 

As I stated in my last post I am playing in my one and only Xbox game pass account.  I am playing through cloud gaming.  It worked perfectly since it was made available on game pass and then about a week or so ago it gives me this message.  

Seems to me a quick fix could be made by getting rid of the horsesheet "TRIAL" version and just use the original version.
