Game Glitch During National Championship

I was playing College Football 26 and had made it to the National Championship game. I was winning with about two minutes left in the third quarter. After selecting my offensive play, the game froze while waiting for the defense to pick theirs. It just stayed stuck and wouldn’t let me continue.

I 100% had the game in the bag — I had the ball, was up, and was chewing clock. There was no way I was going to lose. This was my National Championship, and the glitch took it away from me. I’m asking if you could reward me with the win or do something to reflect the outcome I earned.
