Game Is Repeatedly Crashing

I have had this issue on past maddens but everytime I try to play a game my xbox completely crashes and cuts off. I can play dynasty and other things if I just sit in the menu but whenever I try to play a game it crashes. It would be really great if this could be fixed because I paid 70 dollars for a game I can’t play.
