Getting stuck on replay loops

On my offline dynasty on ps5, some games will get stuck on a replay. Once you press pause and go back, you get stuck on a wide view of the field as nothing goes on and the clock will go on and say delay of game on whoever has the ball. 

Sometimes they will show the playbook but you cannot pick any plays and timeouts won't get you out of this glitch

Only thing you can do is simulate the game until the end.

Dont know if others are having this issue but please fix it.

It has happened 3 times to me in the past week.
