Hb toss always results in a fumble- Road to Glory

Every time I run a toss play to the right or left it always results in a fumble, noticed it during practice sessions for my running back and the one time I called it in game it was a fumble returned for a TD. Absolutely nothing I can do, QB just tosses it behind my RB every time.
