Ineligibility of academics won’t let me spend xp to be able to play

Hello EA team,

I’m experiencing a major gameplay-breaking bug in College Football 26 (Xbox Series X). In Road to Glory mode, my player has been made academically ineligible, but the game will not allow me to spend XP on academics to fix it. I’ve now missed three playoff games, and the system won’t let me recover GPA or interact with the academic progression at all.

I’ve seen many others report this same issue online. I’ve tried restarting, reallocating energy, and balancing my XP, but the game is stuck in a loop where I’m locked out with no way to recover.

Please escalate this issue or provide an ETA on a fix or patch. I love the game, but it’s unplayable right now in this state.
