Injury bug in play now

Just played my first game in ncaa 26 . I did Play Now .
like my second drive my main wr got injured. Few plays later the injury prompt came up to sub him out because he was too injured to come back so I did . Well this prompt kept coming up over and over the whole game to sub him out when I already did . It was so distracting, the game did keep playing and it didn’t seem to have any other issues/bugs due to this but yes the injury prompt kept popping up on the screen every play and even on defense !  And then in the 4th quarter when the game was getting really good it just Errored out and quit the game ! I’m on the PS5 and was playing USC vs ND at Norte dame . 
It did send the error to Sony . I was so disappointed I haven’t played again since yesterday.  Has this bug been submitted by anyone else yet ?
