Same error. Im so frustrated because this game is the only reason I paid for the subscription.

ZCEnergy it’s been like this for 2 MONTHS now. We also have heard no news about CFB 27, but at this rate, I will just be sitting 27 out and saving my money. If the customer service is this atrocious, why would I spend my money? Especially considering when you DO spend the money, you cannot even play the game that you purchased. I’ve never gotten to this point with EA, but the blatant disregard for thousands of people dealing with this issue is absolutely ridiculous.
