Issues with new Conference Patches and PAC12 Conference Rules

Seems like some conference patches are glitchy when you move schools. For example, UTEP when you move them from CUSA to MWC, the MWC patch gets massive. There also seems to be some color issues that make patches hard to read. 

Pac 12 conference rules are not changeable. Seems like we are unable to set divisions or set up a conference championship game.
