Mirage events still not tracking wins

I've been having the same issue. It's gotten to the point that I don't even want to play anymore. This issue has been going on since the Mirage event started. It's been reported, but still no fix, nor any accommodations. And for the record, this isn't the first event I've encountered this problem with.

Yep for several months now my events wins havent been tracking. Im a very frustrated loyal ea customer. Makes me want to leave the game for good. Don't tell me I can earn something if your not going to pay out when I earn it[at the very least some typeof makerights]. Ea has incentive to not fix these events. The less rewards we get the more likely we are to spend money to get good players to be competitive. Yet when a glitch benefits us they can remedy it in the blink of an eye. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Just keeping it real ea 💯
