Missing players

hey how are you doing today ? , I unlinked my Ea account from Xbox to my PlayStation & it worked when I did it  but when I go into my game the players on my Ultimate team is now showing 

my account name is : Gerald Crawford / U_cannot_Bxii 

the 2 i’s are capital
