Multiple issues and bugs

I have been encountering an issue since my starting running back wear and tear is depleted he is is constantly injured, whenever he is meant to be in the game in his place are random players from my DT to a corner back running the ball. 

On top of this in encountering another bug when I hurry up the play glitches out and I’m in empty when I should be doing an inside zone, or Qb run when I selected verticals.

But the worst part is after overcoming all the bugs and I’ve scraped to make a comeback due to all the bug outs the game crashes for no known reason. Didn’t have a single crash until this most recent patch
