Natty game in Road to CFP Froze and automatically gave me a loss

I was in the national championship today, and the game froze so we were unable to play. I had to restart my PlayStation, and when I logged back on I got a DNF and lost the championship. Unbelievable.  I'll attach stream and picture here.
