No packs from the “Polar Vortex x Zero Chill Pack”

I never received my two Polar Vortex packs in CFB 26 for purchasing the “Polar Vortex x Zero Chill Pack” in Madden 26.  Support says they don’t see any record of me purchasing the pack, but somehow ...

In the same boat, all they said to me was post on forums to raise visibility. what a joke for a billion dollar gaming studio. So unprofessional. I am going to PlayStation to request a refund, hopefully they can help.
