Not receiving packs

I reluctantly played and got every objective in the top dogs event by winning 40 games. After the hours of gameplay I was not rewarded any pack after my 22nd win. The two 83+ packs and the 85+ pack was not rewarded to me. After contacting I was told to make a forum about it, I hope for my issue to be resolved soon as I feel like I wasted hours over the course of a couple days playing an event for no reason…
